If happiness comes in small packages, it was urban sketching with the Louisville Art Association on August 14, all day, long hours of leisure, laughter, and creative talent being enjoyed together!
We found this pickup truck right across the street from the Art Center and spent a couple of happy hours sketching there together.
A Happy Day of Urban Sketching together…
As the day flew, the sketches became stronger and better, and we loved each other and being together doing this!
Early in the day we sketched the church down the street, trees, people, and whatever fell into our sights landed in our sketchbooks.
An idyllic and inspiring setting for the Louisville Art Association and our day of Urban Sketching together.
You’ve created such a lovely way to be with people, to have the company of people who love to draw and paint as you do, Marilyn. Loneliness and lack of creative spark will not visit your doorstep. Beautiful!!!
Oh, Bernadette, thank you so very much for your kind and encouraging words! I think of you often and will be in touch – just working like crazy on all this good creative life I’m enjoying! xxx000
